@Jerryll Noorden, thanks for the response. Doing my research is currently what I'm doing. My research led me to these 3 tools. I value the opinions of the people in the trenches as part of that research, and the folks here on BP usually offer great insight. I've read several of your posts and replies to posts and hold your opinion in high regard. You answered one of my questions in that the out of the box product will require additional work. I'll check out the link you provided. Thanks again!

How are taxes and insurance handled in a Subject-To deal? Most loans include taxes/insurance in the mortgage. Once ownership changes, the new owner would be responsible for taxes/insurance.

Has anyone compared Credit Suite vs Fund and Grow? I've been able to find a few posts about F&G but not much on Credit Suite.

You’ve saved about $20K. Your goal is buy and hold for monthly income to eventually have in excess of $10K monthly. What do you do with $20K?

I recommend Continental Title. Look up Rebecca Meier or shoot me a message and I can give you contact info. I tried in this message but it won't let me.

@Julie Clark I had looked at CallRail. It seemed like it was more for call coming in than calls going out. Did I look at it wrong?
