Thank you! I’m just about to make an offer. And need to line up an inspection. The property is already renovated. It’s a lower income area but already had a property manager who will stay on board with the new owner.

The numbers seem to work ok for me. $265k list, 2625 monthly rental. But roof is probably 15 years old. But again will need an inspection. Do you know ones you like in town that you trust to be thorough?

Hello, I registered about a month ago and am now looking to dip my toe into real estate investing in Jacksonville.  We've lived here for about 6 years and think the city has huge potential.  Looking mainly for multifamily investments that can generate decent cash flow.  I just recently found a four plex that may meet the criteria I'm looking for, but now getting nervous about making an offer! 

Excited to use this forum to ask questions as they arise.
