@Stephen Chatto Let’s find a time to chat this week as I would love to hear more about your experiences in Trenton. I will dm you if you’re up to it! Thank you for your encouragement, unlike the other dude who really shouldn’t have commented at all if all he was going to do was be rude and disrespectful!!!

Post: Should we attend BPCON 2021!?!

I was wondering if anyone that has attended BP conferences in the past could help me convince my teammates to travel to New Orleans in October. What are some connections you have made at BPCON that have helped your team? What makes this conference different than the hundreds of other RE conferences each year? Besides networking, what is the #1 goal each of you that plan on attending have set for the conference? Lastly, is it worth it?

Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to receiving some replies that I can then use to help convince my team that BPCON is the “can’t miss” real estate conference of the year. I hope everyone is well and I can’t wait to learn more about BPCON on this thread!!!

Best,

Sean Massimo

After spending a few hours delving deep into any/all posts that referenced Trenton, NJ, I was compelled to keep the discussion going. Yes, Trenton can be a frightening place to walk alone at night, but indubitably there is tremendous opportunity in and around the great city of Trenton, NJ.

Whether you are first time investor or a seasoned real estate investor the opportunities are aplenty and cash flow exists in Trenton, NJ (whether you want to believe me or not). I am curious to hear everyone’s insight, and previous practical experiences, about how to market properties that are not necessarily in the best neighborhoods.

@Adam Kruse

Lease modification sounds like the move going forward. I agree with the others and think this is a time suck that could be used for the next deal instead!!! Learn from this and modify your future leases with any of the recommendations on this thread to alleviate stress in future lease agreements!!! Good luck my friend!!!

@Jay Hinrichs are you still involved with wood and lumber? I’m looking to learn more about how the industry works and various opportunities to get cheaper lumber for my construction company!!
