Hey Justin, my name is Sean. 👋🏼

I saw your post starting a business and acquiring rentals. Congratulations on starting! I'm a wholesaler here in Dallas, TX. I’m a lender and can help with transactional funding. It can be for earnest money or double closes. If you ever need funding to help increase your deal flow 🚀or if you know anyone in your circle that may need some funding let me know! If you got questions about acquiring properties hit me up too. Best of luck in your business. ☘️ 💰

Hey Peter, I live in Dallas too. I’ll send you a DM. Assumable mortgages and Sub-To are totally different though. I was wondering the same thing cause I’m working with an agent to birddog deals for me and I’m a wholesaler. Most Agents aren’t versed with the nuances of Subject To unless they’re a Unicorn agent/commercial agent or they don’t know how to explain it to their sellers.
but being underwater is a perfect subject-to situation!

Thomas, I’ve been studying up on the wholesaling laws here in TX. I will be obtaining my license here in TX just for some added advantages and knowledge. But wholesaling is completely legal in all 50 states though there are extra hoops in some cities and states (Philadelphia, and Oklahoma respectively).

Thanks Joe, I did see the TREC survey regarding wholesalers and yes they are a part of the RE ecosystem here that serves a need. I would definitely love to connect and learn more of the nuances of double closing here in TX. Thank you for your insight!

Hey BP community! Reaching out to those in DFW. I recently just got started in the wholesale business with TTP. Very excited to get going. I’m looking for Wholesale knowledgable Title companies and a good RE attorney. Any suggestions?

thank you!
