@Chris Seveney We have done the perc test for the land as we expected this may be an issue but the county has not had a clear answer for what they want for us today until today. We have several Mh that have connected septic tanks that we have had a clearance letter for but the county is saying that the state will deny that and we need to bring it up to 2022 standards which means we can not have shared systems. And since there is no sewer near by that means we need .5 acres per site with new septic systems. This seems a bit absurd.

Hello,

I recently purchased a mobile home and the county is giving us hell right now. There is no clear answer to what they want besides the park gone. Obviously, we don't want to bulldoze and start from scratch. We have come to a crossroads with the county where they don't want as many mobile homes as we have on the property and have started to condemn the old ones before we can renovate the, Their biggest concern is the septic issue. Since many of these are old MH they are on shared septic since at one point that was acceptable. I'm looking into installing an incinerator or compost toilet in the mobile homes to bypass the state laws on septic systems. Curious if anyone has been successful with a creative strategy to keep as many MH on site as possible.

Hello,

I am purchasing a mobile home park and looking to remove 23 old mobile homes. Has anybody had any luck with the "we buy mobile home" companies that would remove these?

Also open to any suggestions.
