Hello All,

New investor in Hampton Roads Area. I am closing on my first investment property at the end of the week. Its a town home in Green Run that needs major reno. I have a quote from B&J Remodeling. Has anyone in the area worked with them? their quote seems reasonable for the work, and they came recommended by my realtor who has done some flips with them. Any feed back would be great!
