Salutations everyone, I am ready to lock on and invest in my first Multifamily deal. I wanted to know which parts of Florida is best to sought out my first deal ? I live in Miami, the market down here is pretty high priced. Any advice would be of value.

You can certainly link up with some realtors and they can show you stuff that's listed on the MLS...But some of the best deals are off-market, and for those you'll either have to either do your own marketing, or buy through a wholesaler. Auctions might also be an option, but again, the "best way" to get a property is going to depend on your purchasing power...If you need bank financing, MLS is probably your best bet...

Thanks for the reply Lucas, I'm currently looking at maybe bank financing or private lending to purchase a multi family

If I were starting in today's market I would really look into MF as in my opinion there is a high probability that the market might be over inflated.

I would start with a SFR.

Thanks your reply Adam, I'll take that into consideration. At this point I just want to get started.

Welcome to BP. I echo @Steve Vaughan sentiment on the multi. If I could I would do that myself. I hope you can take advantage of house hacking.

Thank you for the reply Daria, I just don't want to make the wrong move but I'm willing to risk it all.

Thanks for your input Steve I will do my best to get started.
