Hello BP,

How do you go about dealing with damage to the property that is caused by the tenant, but can't be explicitly "proved"?

We have had a couple situations with repairs that we believed were the tenant's fault, but ultimately we took responsibility for paying.

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I am living in San Francisco and am looking to invest out of state (big surprise here right?)

I have been a member of Bigger Pockets for about 8 months, but have yet to do my new member introduction.

My friend and I recently purchased a duplex in Kansas City and have caught the real estate bug. We have experienced a few bumps in the early months of our purchase (tenants didn't speak English, a few moderate repairs missed by the inspector) but all in all we are happy with the purchase and hope to learn from this property.

We are looking to purchase another property, likely a duplex or larger and are going to continue our real estate education. Any advice is always appreciated!

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone would have a recommendation for a quality home inspector in the Indianapolis/South Bend area?

Thank you!

Hi everyone I stumbled upon US Reeb and was just curious if anyone has worked with them in the past and if I could hear about their experience?

Mackaylee Beech sent me an email with a very thorough FAQ worksheet that answered a lot of questions that I had a few weeks ago.

I'm a new investor interested in purchasing a turnkey property outside of the state of California and was wondering if anyone here had any advice on the process or recommendations for companies I could use.
