I'm a new investor interested in purchasing a turnkey property outside of the state of California and was wondering if anyone here had any advice on the process or recommendations for companies I could use.

Hello and welcome! In terms of companies, that is difficult to answer. It all just depends on what market you are looking into. I would suggest avoiding markets that have become over saturated with investors and look for another that is on the rise. Once you identified the market then you should look around for a provider. Make sure to go with a true provider. Ideally, they will own, renovate, and manage the property all in house. If not, than they are not really a true provider.
