@Cameron Tope Cameron, you stated some valid points that I certainly agree with. Would you be open to connecting on a call to chat about your experience with SFR and small MF deals? Your wisdom will go a long way.

@Chad Carrodus Thanks Chad, I appreciate your insight! How would you recommend gaining experience with established and reputable syndication teams?

@Roni Elias I appreciate your wisdom. Would you mind sharing a little bit about your experience with seller financing? At which point of the business cycle is it best to leverage this approach? Thanks!

I've been studying REI for about three years now. I've read books from RDPD to ABC's of Real Estate Investing to Paul Moore's book on Multifamily. I am also a devout listener of the Real Estate Radio Guys and just wrapped up a virtual event with them on the Secrets of Successful Syndication. I've had my eye on various strategies and before I go all in, I feel as if I could benefit from an expert's wisdom and experience such as yours. With your knowledge, the current state of the market, and opportunities on the horizon within the next decade, which strategy would you attack first and why?

1. Buying SFRs, duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes?

2. Building a team and putting together a syndication fund?

I am open to doing both, I just need to know where I need to spend my initial energy and focus before moving onto the next.

Thank you very much everyone,

Sean in Atlanta
