Jon, this is what I'm in business to help people with.  I got started working for a "wholesaler" to learn the business and have flipped 7 houses.  I found that I'm pretty good at finding deals and now focus solely on wholesaling and helping investors find deals, contractors, design, etc.  Since 2012, I've wholesaled over 200 properties in Cincinnati.

I'd love to connect for a coffee or lunch to chat.

What's the reason for switching?

Procuring Cause cases are tricky, but generally the parties in a complaint would be the brokers and agents, not the buyer/seller.

I've been a real estate investor and wholesaler since 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding markets.  We've rehabbed 6 houses on our own and I've now wholesaled north of 300 deals to other real estate investors.

I've recently left a company that I was finding deals for and have started my own company - Craftsman Properties - to provide deals, contractor referrals, financing, design assistance and real estate brokerage services to folks flipping houses in Southwest Ohio.  We're on Facebook and are rolling out our website (www.craftsmanproperties.net) shortly.

I don't bother telling my contractors that I want "investor pricing" instead of "retail pricing." I tell them what the scope of work is and what the budget is. They have the option of coming in under that number or over. Do I leave some money on the table by telling them the most I'll pay? Maybe. Do my numbers work still? Yep!
