The homes look good and it's a pretty efficient floorplan. Have you had any issues getting the 1500/m rent? What did they cost to build and how much did the land cost?

Hey thanks for all the replies! We are familiar with Bellevue and the midtown area. I was a general contractor in AZ for 6 years before joining the military so I feel confident I could a total rehab. It all depends on the deal though.

Hey everyone! My wife and I are starting to look for our first investment property and came across this site. I am active duty military and really want to start on my path to financial freedom so when my contract is up I will have real estate to fall back on.

Is there anyone else here in Omaha? We would like to find a multifamily or SFH that can be fixed up and then rented out. Anyone will any information about the market here in Omaha? Thanks everyone and look forward to work with you all in the future!
