Hello Everyone,

My name is Ryan Renner and I'm a real estate agent based in Omaha, Nebraska.

I'm excited to learn more about real estate investing to serve my clients better (and to do some more investing myself). I bought my first home at 19 and turned it into a rental a few years later.

I've been a licensed agent for about a year. My background is in e-commerce and internet marketing. I started my own e-commerce business out of college, and I've been running it for over 10 years. I stepped away from the business this year to focus full-time on real estate. Hopefully, I can contribute some of my internet marketing knowledge in the forums.
