yes 15-25. actual cash value is fine.  I dont need full replacement cost if the price is better

Anyone know of a FLorida Insurance company that is writing policies on older roofs? Cash value? or any other alternatives? SFH in Florida not in Flood Zones.

Florida recently passed laws to curb rising insurance rates, including a 50% roof deductible option.   Has anyone cut their Florida insurance rates significantly by taking advantage of these new laws? My broker was not helpful.

Lot fo 3 rental properties with tenants in place.  A class properties.   Zillow value is accurate at 702K.  Long term tenants in place.   PM for more info.

it depends on the neighborhood.  Feel free to message me, but there is lake ridge north and lake ridge south.  Depending on which type on condo it is, one sells for 165 and one in the 200s.

I live in Fleming. that’s actually decent numbers FOR Fleming island.  Fleming Island will not give you great cash flow... it will give you good appreciation and stable tenants .  I own several in Fleming and would buy again if given the option .
