Hey Matt     Thanks for the reply.  I would love to connect and learn more.  I reached out and connected with an agent through Bigger Pockets. He also put me in touch with a mortgage broker and I am in the process of getting pre approved now .

Hello I am just starting to get educated in REI. I am from Boston where the prices are crazy high but just came home from visiting my sister in St Louis the prices are so much more affordable and cost to enter much more doable. I know STL has it's issues but also some great neighborhoods and seems like could be some good cash flow. Wondering if anyone has experience/thoughts on this market/
