Newbie wondering about St Louis market
Hello I am just starting to get educated in REI. I am from Boston where the prices are crazy high but just came home from visiting my sister in St Louis the prices are so much more affordable and cost to enter much more doable. I know STL has it's issues but also some great neighborhoods and seems like could be some good cash flow. Wondering if anyone has experience/thoughts on this market/

We invest remotely in St Louis, and it's been good to us. Plenty of opportunity. Lots of different price points, asset classes, property types, tenant pools to choose from.
