Hi Scott, I currently have a HELOC on my primary with Bellco and I am currently in progress of getting a larger amount but the informed me that they are currently running a 3.99% fixed rate for the HELOC if you decide to pull out a lump sum. If you do not know already, maybe that is applicable to an investment property too. Gotta love the appreciation these past few years in CO! Good luck.

Hi TTN, I will inquire with Bellco on this option as we have a small HELOC with them now...This could save us about 2%+ on our current rate....Thank you for the info....Cheers!

Hi Travis....Thank you! I am talking with both of these options now. Looks promising so far...Cheers!

UPDATE: I have been able to lock in a 4.25% 10/1 ARM on a 4 unit property in Northern Colorado and no lender fee's. 70% LTV...I'm good with this option and one of the best rates I could find on small MF property. They will also do a HELOC on our other investment property for the 30% downpayment on the 4 unit....THANK YOU TRAVIS SPERR!!

Hi Justin,

I have a primary with Bellco as well, but did not think of them on the investment side. Thanks for the reminder.

Cheers!

Hello Colorado BPer's,

I am looking for a bank or CU that provides a HELOC product on an investment property in Colorado Springs. A Townhouse to be specific...We own the prop free and clear and looking to leverage it into a few other properties.

Any help and thoughts from the community...??

Cheers!

Congrats on your first GP deal!. We are looking closely in CO for our first 5-15 unit property and also about to make our first LP investment. Taking a GP position in a few yrs could be a good move. I look forward to hearing more about your journey and the current GP investment...Cheers!
