Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $132,000
Cash invested: $90,000

Great 4-plex rental property I bought in foreclosure. It is in an opportunity zone, so I would be open to selling to an investor who can capitalize on that tax advantage. Otherwise I plan to hold onto this property while the neighborhood appreciates. Someday I may scrape and re-build.
