Can anyone enlighten me on the necessary clauses in a subject-to contract in Virginia? In addition to Dodd Frank (which I -think- I understand), what additional restrictions has Virginia placed on seller financing?

So.... Agent247Pro sounded great. Until I found out that you have to have a Real Estate License number to sign up.  ListSource does not require that.
