We have a couple of properties in Scotland, a property in Maryland, a Duplex in Austin and would like to get a few Duplex's or SFH's in San Antonio.

Hi, 

My name is Scott and I am interested in growing my rental property portfolio. I presently own a few rentals internationally and one duplex in Austin TX. Austin is just getting too expensive and a huge bidding war on purchasing properties so I am interested in learning more about the San Antonio area which looks promising. I have a reasonable sum saved up for my next investment and was hoping to share ideas with members familiar with this area. 

From my research there doesn't seem to be any one particular area that is the best place to invest in SA so I am just hoping to gain more experiences from recent purchasers and perhaps find out about local meet ups etc.

I look forward to learning from this resource.
