@Jim Pellerin

Probably correct. Or at least that is what I am thinking.

@Sarah Stamper

I think in the long run you are right. I wonder about the next 12 months though.

@Erik W.

I agree you have to be in the game and play. But I think jumping in the game without a solid understanding of what it going on will most likely end in disaster. Congrats on your stock wins. Well done!

@Daniel Haberkost

Interesting point of view. I think home-ownership is looking pretty easy right now with the rates so low and qualifying standards don’t seem to be overly strict. We will see. I admit I do not know what the future holds.

Do you think it will stay this way? I must admit the market is smoking hot right now.

@Steve S

Interesting comment. I think it is good to have fears. Normally we have to overcome them but it makes us think.

@Charles M.  I have a few virtual assistants. They are great and an integral part of my life. Make sure you choose the right people though.

@Shawn Roe

The problem I see with the small towns is the school systems may not be up to par. We have a vacation house on the River that we have spent most of the past 5 months here. We would live here permanently if not for the school system.

@Mark Burns

I know some people who said they would never move out of an urban environment moving out to the suburbs. It is where things are headed in my opinion.
