quick question, I have tennets that don't get along and constantly are fighting. they live in same unit as room mates. they are paying rent but constantly trying to get me to play Dr. Phil. recently it's been getting out of hand and they both say they don't feel safe living with each other do I have any legal options to evict only one of them they are both on the lease. they're consistently paying rent at the moment there is a third person on the lease who picks the side of her boyfriend is there any way to get rid of the oddball if the other two parties on the lease agree? thank you!

hey I'm  a real estate investing electrican haha I'm sure I can help you.  I can give you an estimate message me the details. What part of Massachusetts? And I have to agree with the group if your not licenced or properly trained you can get someone killed also although you technically can do your own e.l. work in mass it's a prosses and an inspector is especially hard on homeowners. And Mass is the strictest Code there is. The electrical code for the country was written in quincy ma.

I listed one of my units in revere Massachusetts for 1700 with plenty of hits.

My partner and I had a no pets policy at first but got aproched by a potential tennet who has a Siberian Husky she offered 1850 for said apartment. (She also has three teenage boys) Personally I dont have a problem with dogs the extra money would be great also with a dog like that she might become a nester (in a good way) but my partner is concerned about noise and dammages. If anyone could share success stories and disaster story that would be great

Also any laws that may come into play with this issue

Thanks
