Non renewal letter
Landlord from Massachusetts.
not sure what I have to include in a letter of nonrenewal . I'm doing it for a sec 8 tennet I already informed her by phone call. But Im learning now I have to put it in wrighting. And send it to both her and the local housing authority. Any help on what to include would be great.
