Not sure if your flipping or trying to buy rentals, but you could try using hard money lenders or find some private people to lend you money. These are considered "cash offers". Keep in mind these are typically short options for financing. You could also try to offer more if the numbers still work. Lastly, you could always provide bank statements or your credit report to the seller with your offer. I hope that helps!!

I would try using the VA loan. No down payment required. GI bill cannot be used as income. I work for veterans United home loans as a loan officer call in if you have additional questions. Thanks Scott Houin
