@Holly Williams i've just started looking at becoming a LP now that I fit the accredited investor profile and I was wondering if you could tell me how many syndication investments you have going on at any time? also do you specifically look for monthly dividends. Are you still focused on multi family?

What is the difference between finding deals on Crowdstreet or just reaching out to companies like Grocapitus? I'm just starting to find my way into passive investing. why would one go to one company over the site?

I'm accredited and looking for a syndication deal, and wanting to get into passive investing. I'm learning a ton but there seems to be a gap in finding syndications. 

Where would someone that is starting out find syndication deals to review. I found one group how would I find other syndications to compare them to?
