Just an opposing view from someone who did not have such a spectacular experience-- I was definitely on a long-term drip campaign with the Left Main sales team. At one point when I explained to the sales guy the type of interoperability I needed between a CRM and a texting and RVM platform, he admitted that LM wasn't really the solution I was looking for. End of pitch. A few months later a different sales guy started hitting me up, and I again explained what I was looking for and that LM likely wouldn't fit the bill. This time they put me on a call with the owner, Stephanie Betters, and she explained that they DO have a phone/texting/RVM platform that integrates called 360 SMS, which costs another $4,800. I was torn by the pricing, but promised that Left Main would be built to the specifications that I needed, and 360 would be the integration I was looking for. Only after I paid, did a few things become abundantly clear. I did a demo with the owner of 360 and was told that it does NOT cost $4,800, but $5,100 YEARLY, plus usage costs that would more than double that amount. I also was allowed access to the Left Main onboarding videos that clearly showed the buildout was, indeed, completely different than what I was requesting. I immediately asked for my money back, and Left Main refused to work with me... I signed the contract, and am now bound by it. For many in the wholeselling or flipping space with a large team, Left Main has the out-of-the-box ROBUST buildout you need-- unfortunately that is not my business. I was looking for something different, with a more simple, streamlined, process-based approach a la REI Pebble, and paid (and am paying monthly) because I took them at their word and did not do extensive research before making the purchase. Ultimately they sell Salesforce licenses, and if what they demo is what you need, and you can afford the setup and monthly cost, they are the right CRM for you. If this does not fit your specific needs, I recommend just buying Salesforce off the shelf, paying less per month, and hiring a consultant to build it to your exact specifications for a fraction of the cost.
