Marijuana friendly landlord northwest Florida
Hello everyone it has actually been a couple years since I've been on BP, although I would like to credit these guys with enlightening me enough to purchase my first flip with none of my own money within the first 6 months or so of my getting into real estate. Now that's not to say that it took me very long to figure out that I don't particularly enjoy flipping, at least not if I'm doing all the work! Well that's past and back to the present, I am in okaloosa county Florida, and I have a marijuana based business I am opening up and I am in search of a marijuana friendly landlord, preferably commercial as I don't know if I can run it out of a house like some other businesses. If any of you reading this is this person, or maybe knows this person, I would be very grateful to any help or advice anyone has. Thank you all.

I have some clients that are in that space. They are not new people entering the space but have been established almost since the beginning. There are some banks that self insure accounts for these types of businesses. The monthly costs can be higher into the hundreds or more per account with bank charges but typically beats having the security guards and lots of cash around.
The main thought is the cigarette companies as the states and feds become possibly more open to deregulation then these larger tobacco companies might look to buy out established mid level to large level operators to dominate the space. The cigarettes these days are becoming more taboo and the marijuana and CBD type oils less taboo in some areas. Lot's of people are jumping in late into the game and not doing that well.
No legal advice given.
