I recently learned that there’s a program that teaches you how to use government run programs that pay well for rentals for people with disabilities.

Before I spent $750.00 for a program to find out its fluff, or a scam, does anyone know anything about these programs?

Anyone have a great contact for moving my 401K into a self directed 401k?

What are the fees and costs associated with doing so?

We have started an REIA in Jim Thorpe, the Central Eastern Pennsylvania region.

Our first meeting will be Tuesday evening, March 5th, starting at 5:30pm.

To kick it off we will have Anna Kelley, Reimom kicking it off. She is a powerhouse in real estate and I’m certain it will be informative and a great networking event.

please leave a message here, add me as a colleague, and I’ll add you to the list.

also, if you’re interested in being a presenter at this monthly event, please let me know and I’ll reach out to you.

@Theo Hicks

Thanks everyone for your input and support. I finally closed on January 4th, and couldn’t be happier.

We negotiated with the seller a roof that needed replacing, so we walked away from the closing with a check for $9,000.00, and the roof is being replaced and painting and flooring will start next week.
