But, @Sherry Patterson ‘s meetings are absolutely fantastic and totally worth the drive.

Congratulations on getting a deal in this tough market!

If you don’t mind me asking, how much will you be leasing it for?

I’ve been struggling finding my rental #4. I can’t even find a deal offering cash for the listing price. 

I’ve noticed the improvements as well, and would like to invest there but I’m a bit cautious to be in that area right now. 

Some of adjacent areas are really taking off, so it will just be a matter of time. 

I would be interested.
