I been in the game 3 years. Working on that financial freedom number. So I guess the COC was important for me in the beginning. Got 30 units now and a lot of equity. Going to start pulling money out and focus in on the forced application now.

Analyzing rents property’s!!!

When looking at rental property’s. What cash on cash return and cap rate do you investors aim for in a rental??

I did that. I borrowed 40k from my 457 purchased a property. Paying it back with 5% interest to myself. Think it’s a good start

Started investing last year. I got 17 units now. Need a good program to track rents and expenses. Any ideas?
