 That's fair. Would still check the loan documents. Not sure if that would technically be allowed. Just want to make sure you aren't possibly risking entering technical default. Also there's a difference between working out of your primary, versus working out of your primary and deeding it into an LLC.

That's what I thought as well! And I'd definitely would choose whole house, I had nothing but bad experiences with room renting...

if you are able to, would go the whole house rental. it would likely lead to more revenue as most guests would prefer privacy the entire stay. 

Pretty sure your mortgage loan documents if you got a primary loan might have rules against deeding your property into an LLC. Something to look into for sure if that's a route you are considering and have a primary mortgage on the subject property.

What do you mean by "register"? Are you asking if the LLC can own the underlying rental property?

If you are correctly permitted, you will have to decide between offering by the room or whole house.  You cannot do both simultaneously.
