I am new to Real Estate investing but have been reading and watching everything i can over the past few months while i saved up for my down payment.   I am now in the market for my first Multi Family Home and eager to start down the road of investing and buying units.

Hey Guys,   What are some good sources such as Websites, Books, Agents if i am trying to get a good idea of the homes value as is and then after work is done to fix it up.   What are some methods that you all have used in your own deals.
