I am just starting and I have looked all over online and have seen tons of landing page options. Where do you all think I could find a good SEO, lead generating landing page?

I know themeforest.com has some themes but I'd love your perspectives!

Also, where do you all get your direct mail material for the lowest cost?

Thanks it's a Nigerian name. The one I went to I paid 300 for me and a friend to come. It was, as they call it "the tip of the iceberg" of knowledge. Very motivational, they gave some good information that I wasn't aware of and some was review of what I have been researching. It was also an up sell meeting in which if I had the finances I probably would have done because it comes with a mentor and some tools that would cut time. I wish they could have given some more step by steps or something but its definitely a great group to network with and I do plan on going back to some of their programs in the future. Positive mindsets are important and they definitely breed that, the importance of mentorship, and taking action. So! Although I didn't move on in their program I'm definitely seeking to take action and do some deals anywhere in TX that the opportunity presents.

Hello everyone! My name is Sayo (Pronounced Shyo). I recently moved to Dallas,TX but I am considering moving to Austin or Houston. I went to school in Boston for 6 years and absolutely loved it.

I desire to build wealth and get put of debt through real estate.

I have been a bigger pocket ghost site member for some time but I'm ready to really be involved in the community.

I want to get involved in multiple aspects of real estate investing but I plan to start with wholesaling and buy, fix, and flips for the next. I'd love to get some mobile home pads eventually, lease options, and I am just looking to learn and grow.

I'm going to my last day of a rich dad education 3 day seminar today titled Independent Woman.
