Anyone have recommendations for someone willing to do website design? I have my domain and it's a wordpress Divi builder application.  I'm looking for someone willing to initially design the site.  No maintenance.  Just a flat rate to design the website based around what I need.

Looking to connect with someone who has experience investing in SNFs, either through partnerships or syndications. I have a medical background and want to learn more about the potential in this asset class... maybe even partner with someone on a deal!

Or if anyone has resources as to where I can find the best information regarding this niche.
