Hello friends!  I am closing on my FIRST RENTAL in a month!  Woot Woot!  Finally!  It is a condo, and we need to get insurance lined up soon. I am looking for some advice on the best policy to seek and where.  Condo is in Fort Collins, CO.  Thanks for any advice or references you would like to share!
