What is the best approach when a tenant bringing 7-9 people to stay overnight every night in a small studio apartment and disturbing all other tenants. Lease ends in December.

Now we have to change our leases.

Hello everyone! I have a question about how do we have to change now lease agreements according to the new eviction law in Upstate NY? Do we have to serve 14 days notice after nonpayment rent? Should be still have grace period 5 days?
