Greetings BP Community!

After thinking about it for a few years I've finally put my fears aside and started taking actionable steps to build my own real estate investment business in beautiful Wilmington, NC. My goal for the remainder of 2015 is to complete 3 wholesale deals to build capital (and experience!) and then begin adding buy and hold properties into the mix in 2016. I also plan to obtain my real estate license next year to increase my real estate opportunities. Any and all advice is welcome! So far I've been following the BP forums, attending webinars, reading, and attending local REIA meetings to build my knowledge base. I'm interested in connecting with other real estate investors in my area and building positive partnerships. Thank you in advance!

I've been told usleadlist.com can provide inheritance and probate lists. My understanding is that they only provide lists to a set number of people in a certain geographic area. Might be worth looking into!
