What is the best way to get information of peole who inherrited?

Hello BPs. Does anyone know of a service who can provide information of people who inherited real estate or those that are going through a probate?

(I know I can somebody to the court house, but am sure that there are more productive ways doing that)

Many times probate court records are online. Otherwise several sources sell lists. Do a search of the site. this has been discussed many times before. You may find other lists In addition to the ones mentioned here.

I've been in this niche for a very long time. One of the basic challenges is that a great many of the data providers are flakey.

That's just the way they operate. They're in the probate list business this week and next week, who knows?

If you find success in this or any other niche (or sub-niche) you'll want better control of your data.

I had a guy who contacted me thru BP forums and wanted to use my reputation to promote his business. When my BS detector (finally) kicked in and I delayed a project, his true colors came out. I received the kind of tough words like you hear from a drunken sailor before a brawl. This is not to to be pejorative against sailors, of course.

Eventually, they all go bad.

So, your best and most reliable path is to build your own system of gathering, capturing and organizing your data. A trip to the courthouse or county recorder may introduce you to researchers who can do what you want, to your exact specifications.

Then, focus your attention on lead generation and sales conversion and dealmaking.

I've been told usleadlist.com can provide inheritance and probate lists. My understanding is that they only provide lists to a set number of people in a certain geographic area. Might be worth looking into!

We have purchased a probate list from USleadlist a month ago, mailed letters, 82% returned as undeliverable.

Can anybody recommend other services that have better results?
