All of these responses are true. I would like to add-maybe the agent you used just wasn't for you? Find another agent and build a relationship with them. Or, just talk to the agent you already used and build rapport. If you are bringing this agent repeat business, I'm sure they will do whatever they can to keep you happy. I'm an agent and I've noticed the investors I work with mostly just want communication. I let them know what I am doing on the backend just so I have an excuse to keep their attention and so they feel I am worth every penny. Find an agent you like and tell them this is what you want.
