What's up Santino

I'm a local broker, investor, and property manager (100+ STR listings). Real estate investment has been my ticket to freedom and so many others. Props to you for jumping in!

2-4 unit multifamily in particular is a great wealth builder. You can "hack" it by living in one unit and renting the others, and simply rinse and repeat every year or two.

Scott Scoville and I host a monthly real estate event, next one is on February 7th @ 6pm. You should definitely come by and meet some other local investors.

Hello Noah. Thanks again for info. I replied via inbox as well. Regarding the "hack", that's exactly what I am looking to do for now. I won't be around in February but would have definitely attended the event.

Hi Santino,

Welcome to BP! What part of TX are you thinking about? A lot of great opportunity in/around the ATX area. Would love to connect with you to help you be as proactive as possible!

Good afternoon River. Thank you for reaching out.  Currently, I'm researching the Fort Worth area. I've been in that area before but it's of course different when eyeing real estate. I plan on heading back down to Texas in April to take a look at some locations.  Some of my research will have to be done while working abroad. I most certainly am open to expanding network and learning from others.

Hello from California. I am a retired Army vet looking to dive into real estate investing. I've thought about it for quite some time but didn't decide to really give a it a shot until a friend of mine talked me into it. He was so passionate about it, I took it as a sign to give it a try. I currently travel to and from overseas working as a contractor but plan on purchasing a duplex, tri-plex, or four plex in Texas this year as that is where I am relocating to. Until I pull the trigger, I'm trying to be as proactive as possible in regards to obtaining information and such. I look forward to engaging with folks on here and providing value where I can.  - Tino
