I’m an international student in an American university. I’ve done my due diligence and I’m ready to start making offers.

However, I don't know if I'm allowed to put the money to buy a property in my student bank account or even set up an LLC as such. I would also like to apply for a mortgage, but I don't know if I'm eligible.

I really appreciate any advice. I’ve spent hours researching and trying to call offices like the IRS but still haven’t found an answer.

I’m looking into a few different markets to try and get a strong return while keeping risks as low as I can.

What advice would you give to a first time investor? Also, any markets with high yields you would suggest?

I want to finance the property to enhance returns. Any advice on this?

I appreciate your help!!

Does anyone know roughly how Cleveland’s housing market is doing? I haven’t been in the area but saw a few attractive properties online. Is it re-emerging from the crisis still? Any other advice you would give me? Thanks in advance

Thank you very much guys! Appreciate your opinions

The property is far from where I live in Mass so I would probably not even visit it. However, even after taking into account the costs of a property manager, the returns are still attractive. What do you think would be the drawbacks I should me more concerned about? Is this investment realistic? Loking forward to your opinions.
