Hi all. I'm looking to flip in LA and very open to neighborhood/area. Does anyone have any insight into Torrence and whether this could be a good place to look? There seems to be a lot of property with good bones in need of some primarily cosmetic updates, but I have little knowledge of the market/demand in the area. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, thanks so much for your help. Great to know laws granting ADUs are becoming more favorable. I'll look into these above bills.

I remain very open to any advice or comments on the subject, or generally buying/building in Yucca Valley!

Hi Erik,

The zoning is listed as HV/RL and yes, luckily the city does allow STRs.
Thanks!

Hi all! I'm looking into buying a cabin in Yucca Valley to rehab and list as a STR. The plot is quite large and I'm keen to know if I can add additional properties / ADUs in the future. Does anyone know where I can find this information? Also if anyone has any advice in general on this topic, please feel free to share! Thanks
