Is Torrance a Good Flip Market?

Hi all. I'm looking to flip in LA and very open to neighborhood/area. Does anyone have any insight into Torrence and whether this could be a good place to look? There seems to be a lot of property with good bones in need of some primarily cosmetic updates, but I have little knowledge of the market/demand in the area. Thanks in advance!

Thanks both! Glad to hear positive thoughts on Torrance. Numbers are looking good and the market looks strong. Appreciate your responses!
