Is Torrance a Good Flip Market?

Hi all. I'm looking to flip in LA and very open to neighborhood/area. Does anyone have any insight into Torrence and whether this could be a good place to look? There seems to be a lot of property with good bones in need of some primarily cosmetic updates, but I have little knowledge of the market/demand in the area. Thanks in advance!

 A flip can be done in any market at any time, its specific to the deal. Flips are about calculating numbers, all in costs subtracted from sale price equals margins. There's alot of knowledge to be learned, BP has alot, plus there's an immense amount of information on the internet.
