Hi Susan,

Lakewood is a great town as far as I am concerned. I own several properties there and they are very easy to rent.  The town itself is attracting young professionals as it has a busy restaurant and bar scene and very easy access to Downtown Cleveland, Ohio City and the Tremont area.  Many of the homes end up with multiple offers so don't be surprised by that.

Hi All. It is great to be on this site with so much information.  As mentioned above, I am a realtor and a nurse. My husband and I own a duplex and a single family home in Lakewood  We are interested in obtaining more rental property and we are also interested in flipping homes.
