Always trust but verify information in all business deals. Of course, they will most likely tell you the property is worth the top end value to make their numbers seem better.....that is until you do your own research.

I am a new member here located in southern Florida. I am 24 years old and I currently own and operate a supplement company. I am a competitive bodybuilder and I am here looking to further my education about Real Estate investing with hopes of doing some deals in the future. I currently work from home so investing in properties will fit well into my current lifestyle. Thank you!
