I am in the city of Forsyth! There is a huge migration from Mcdonough/Stockbridge down to the cities of Forsyth/Milner! I have 2 potential deals if you have interest?

I’m curious as to how other investors are doing in the market south of Atlanta? Forsyth, Senoia, Jonesboro to name a few areas! Are you seeing cash buyers come back? New cash buyers coming to the market? Where have you had the best luck finding cash buyers during this pandemic?
