Atlanta Investment Markets
Hi BP Community,
I am in the market to purchase a few SFRs in the Atlanta area and am looking for some advice on where to invest. I sold my SFR in Alpharetta in March and have gravitated towards Forsyth County, but due to the low inventory I think I may need to branch out into a different area. I have about $200k to play with and would like to leverage as much as I can to but 3-4. I have a friend whose invested in Marietta and west of Atlanta, but in more of the low income areas, so I am bit weary of investing in those areas. I had a nightmare with my last SFR so I need something turnkey as I am investing out of state. It seems there is growth north of the city but I could be wrong perhaps.
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to invest? If I can stretch my pot to buy multiple, would be the ideal situation.
Thanks

I recommend the south side of town in Spalding, Coweta, and Clayton counties. Those will be your best free cash flow.
