@Michael Weigum,

Thank you for the advice. Do you have a realtor in the area that you prefer working with?

Thank you for the feedback. My local area has such strict covenants since I’m in CO so I am exploring my options in other areas.

Where are some of the best STR markets for a beginner? Are there still areas where the covenants are more lenient?

I am from Colorado and am looking for reliable realtors in the Chattanooga area.

I guess my best bet with getting a local would be on the forums since I live all he way in Colorado and don't know anyone out there. Any advice on brokers or agencies that would be a good starting point for my research?

I live in Colorado and am trying to get my foot in the door in real estate investing but it is so expensive to buy property around here. I began looking in the St. Louis area and realize that the prices are pretty low out there. My only concern is knowing whether or not i am purchasing in a safe area or not. Does anyone have suggestions for researching these kinds of details?

Ok I will look into this company and will be sure to let them know you referred me there. I will keep you posted on the details

I will Rick. Hopefully we get some input soon. It may not hurt for you to post something similar since my post has been up for a few days without response.

I have found an area with extremely inexpensive plots of land in a nice neighborhood and would like to drop-ship modulars on some of these properties. What are some good sites or companies to go through to buy multi-family modulars. I am looking for 3-4 duplex modulers and one fourplex.
