Hi All,

I recently bought a land in New Jersey for a residential development. I have been unable to get water for this property from the city. I don't understand why the city refuse to give me water, which is hindering the progress of my project.

Could someone please shed some light on this issue and how to go  about rectifying this problem?

Hi All

We are launching a big unique commercial project for Home Improvement industry, here in Southern California. It is a $140 million project with rough gross profit of $40 million to  $50 million. We have recently launched similar project in Toronto Canada which was very successful. It took us 4 years from start to finish. 

We have sourced a suitable site for this project already. We have interested buyers of 60 to 70% of our commercial condominium units @$340,000 each

We are looking for a JV for 50/50 equity. We have a solid bank that would finance the project as well.
