               welcome to BP. i have been looking into fitchburg, as u know there are lots of choice for a great price but haven't been able to pull the trigger.  what made u decide to buy in fitchburg and what was ur justification. i have been looking for multi near fitchburg state collage.

all my flips haven been in malden,medford area and i would like to expand into more affordable area and possibly flip and hold rather than flip and sell, which i have been doing.

i was also thinking about purchasing multi in chelsea for investment,but the price are going up so fast, that if i don't do it soon i thank i will miss the boat.

looking to invest in a vacation rental in white mountain area. any one have any idea what a good town to invest. looking in to lincoln area, for of the fact that it would rent out during the ski season as well. any suggestions ? thank u in advance ten

 I recently bought a vacation rental in the lake region of NH and I am using Evolve rental and they have revolutionized  the property management process. I pay 10% of the booking fee to them and they do it all. advertising in all the major rental web, collecting fees, dealing with the clients and so on. its works great. I collect the cleaning fee from the client and pay the cleaning company which is also hired by evolved. below is the link

Does any one thing the real estate values will skyrocket with the arrival of casino in Everett MA. Is this a good time to invest in Everett ?
